Love or Fear: Which energy do you choose? ~ 2013-1015

Studies have shown that “Everything we do is ruled by two emotions: love or fear. It takes 10 times more energy to live and work from fear.”

If you find a certain activity, habit, or relationship leaves you exhausted, reexamine your underlying foundation. Are you working this activity, habit, relationship from fear?  If so, you are expending more energy because of the fear than if you approached it from love. Take the time to examine your emotions and the reasons for them, then realign them, if applicable, toward a loving foundation rather than a fearful one. It will make all the difference.

Give it a try and let me know what you discover.
