  1. Make your Title easy to read and understand
  2. Add Table of Contents if the report is more than 7 pages
  3. Begin with an Abstract or Executive Summary to briefly state the problem, the research methods (if any), the findings, the conclusion and the recommended solutions
  4. Create your Introduction to state the purpose, supply the background, and summarize the structure of the paper
  5. Add the Body where the findings are discussed fully; Organize it into levels using headings and subheadings to steer your readers; Use bullets to show levels of depth
  6. Evaluate the results in the Conclusion; remember that your evaluation must come directly from your paper; you cannot add evaluations in the conclusion that you did not discuss in the findings in the body of the paper
  7. List the Recommendations and implementations based on the conclusion
  8. Throughout the paper use Bolded Headings for clarity and easier reading
  9. (Optional) Add Appendices to share relevant or resource information for the paper
