Outstanding Trainers always appear

  • Calm
  • Composed
  • Confident

Outstanding Trainers always convey

  • Warmth
  • Authority
  • Sincerity

Outstanding Trainers do not apologize for things that may go wrong from time to time such as

  • Out of date material
  • Small print that is difficult to read
  • Spelling errors
  • Running overtime
  • Having to catch a plane

Outstanding Trainers

  • Rehearse their presentations until they are second nature
  • Review their notes the night before their trainings
  • Check all pertinent information
  • Color code/highlight their notes (Pink for activities, Purple for Theory, Red for Brain Breaks, and Green for Housekeeping)
  • Practice, practice, practice via tape recording, video tapes, mirrors, visualization, etc.
