Gary Zukav tells us that the Buddhists believe there are 8 winds that flow you

  • gain  or loss
  • praise or ridicule
  • credit or blame
  • suffering or joy

Gary also warns us to stay away from alcohol, caffeine, sugar, tobacco, anger, sadness, jealously, and vengefulness.  These create huge waves in our emotions which block our intuition. Remove them from your life.

Gary also reminds us that meat and poultry are bloated with hormones, antibodies and chemicals. Eat fresh and light to feel well.
