- Victory demands time management.
- Training is neither exciting nor glamorous. It is hard and monotonous work. Often it is lonely.
- When you fall forward, you will still be moving forward when you fall. When you get up again, you will still be two steps ahead of where you were when you fell.
- When you are consistent, you do not draw a lot of attention to yourself. You just quietly stay at it until the battle is won.
