Are you meek? Should you be?

From Max Lucado’s book, In The Eye of the Storm:

In his famous Sermon on the Mount, Jesus said, “blessed are the meek.” Meek does not mean weak, it means power under control and strength with direction. Think of a domesticated stallion. So, when Jesus says blessed are the meek, he is saying blessed are those who know what on earth they are here are to do and who are setting about the business of doing it. Think, blessed are those who are able to “discern what is best.”

Does this speak to you?  How?
