A leader is the person who takes the initiative among his peers when decisions are made. Two important ingredients to be a leader includes integrity and self-esteem.

I – Integrity is one who stands apart from others and knows that he is special and unique

N – Natural is making no pretense of being someone he is not

T – Trustworthy is being trusted not to change under pressure

E – Energetic is spiritual energy to sustain yourself

G – Growing is never stop learning to continue to mature

R – Responsible is being accountable, accepting responsibility for self and actions

I – Imaginative is seeing the future and setting goals to match it

T – Tenacity is holding on no matter what

Y – Youthful in your attitude and outlook by looking forward to the future with hope
