Evolve and Enlighten

You begin to understand something when you experience its essence. Your belief becomes a knowing. More knowledge helps you evolve into a more loving, compassionate and less violent person. Evolving and enlightenment is a slow process requiring dedication and discipline. Resting during this process is not going backwards. It is resting so you can consolidate what you know, so you can move forward.

Progress is not always linear. You may be advanced when it comes to charity and compassion but a novice in anger and patience. To keep your frustration down, d0 not judge yourself or allow others to judge you.
