1. Visualize yourself successfully completing the project.
2. Imagine enjoying your work environment as you accomplish your writing goals.
3. Your mental efficiency is connected to your physical health. Ensure that your diet is healthful. Add in proteins and B complex for brain power. Also add in vitamin C and iron. Suggestions include: egg yolks, beef liver, fish, raisins, legumes.
