7 Serving Principles

  1. Courage (Be bold in your actions.)
  2. Service (Serve others “The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality. The last is to say “thank you.” In between the leader is both a debtor and a servant.” – Max DePree)
  3. Kindness (Actively look for ways to be kind to others.)
  4. Sustainability (Look beyond the immediate decision to anticipate consequences – intended and unintended.)
  5. Passion (Passion attracts others to your mission and cause.)
  6. Preparation (Be on the look out for changes, threats, and opportunities.)
  7. Accountability (Accountability is a responsibility freely given and without reservation.)
