Enthusiasm

Enthusiasm comes from a Greek word that means God within or guidance within. It makes logical sense to pay attention to your enthusiasm (other words include vitality, passion, interest, zest, and energy).

How to connect with the God within or guidance within at work?

  1. Take a nature break
  2. Focus on gratitude
  3. Learn to meditate
  4. Ask your intuition

How to increase intuition and creativity at work?

  1. Talk about creativity
  2. Design an inspiring work environment
  3. Invest in fun-type training
  4. Set aside a physical space of creativity
  5. Discuss what’s working
  6. Discuss what didn’t work
  7. Research what others are doing right
  8. Create a vehicle for suggestions
  9. Be someone who listens
  10. Have fun!
  11. Take frequent breaks
