The Cat I Love You

  1. First look at your cat. Soften your gaze, remove all challenge to his perception by understanding the difference between staring and soft eyes.
  2. Second, match the eye blink to the silent phrase I LOVE YOU
    1. Eyes open  on I
    2. Eyes fall slowly closed on LOVE
    3. Eyes open again on YOU
  3. If you are relaxed and your intentions are pure, you cat will respond first by blinking, then by relaxing, then by dropping his guard
