We weave our spirits into everyone we meet and everything we do. When we do negative things, we weaken our spirit. To recover, we need to pull back, to retreat, to heal, then to walk straight again.
Intuition is not a gift, but a skill of self-esteem. A healthy sense of self makes it easier to think in words, in concepts, and in energy. A person’s energy is the length of their body and as far out as their hands can reach. Your emotional experiences influence your body’s energy. Sometimes the body responds emotionally before the brain has even registered a problem. An example is how quickly the body responds to a loud noise.
Our emotional energy converts into biological matter through a highly complex manner. If a person believes she is losing energy due to a stressful situation, she should correct the situation, and the energy will return. An example is telling a lie to someone; the other person can sense your energy field diminishes because energy cannot lie. When you correct the lie, the energy returns.
We are all living history books. Our bodies tell the stories of all our relationships and events. Our biological health becomes a living, breathing biographical statement that conveys our strengths, weaknesses, hopes, and fears. Examples Fear tightens your stomach, while a loving thought can relax your whole body. Increasing and continuing exhaustion depletes the body’s memory and energy. It is the body’s way of telling the person that she is energetically ill. Responding to exhaustion quickly, can help prevent developing an illness.
Depression is another energy symptom that all is not well in the body. Prolonged depression creates chronic depression. “If you don’t care who spends your money or when or how much, you will soon be broke.” The same is true with your energy. Without energy you cannot guard your help. Learning the symbolic language of energy means learning to evaluate the power in yourself and others. Energy information is always truthful. Although the person may verbally agree to something in public, her energy will state how she really feels. Our biological and spiritual systems always seek to express the truth, and they always find a way to do so.
