All is One

Chakra 1 helps us to determine – do I have a group identity?  Karma is located here too because our actions influence the groups around us. Strengths from Chakra 1 include the ability to stand up for yourself and feeling at home in your group. Weaknesses from Chakra 1 include depression, immune-related disorders, and chronic lower back pain.

Chakra 1 emphasizes the moral attitudes for personal and group responsibility, the “laws” we follow. We receive “energy rewards” whenever anyone in our group succeeds.  For an example of this think about how you feel when your sports team wins a game or your political party wins an election. Quotes and themes for Chakra 1 includes “All is One” and “Loyalty, Honor and Justice.  Remember, real justice is divinely ordered.
