40 Day Kick Start the New Year

40 day

According to Pastor Rick Warren who wrote The Purpose Driven Life, the 40-day journey is an excellent amount of time for an improvement journey because it takes 21 days to develop a new habit and another 21 days for the habit to be ingrained in you. This is why there are so many 40-day journeys in the Holy Bible.

For me, I wish to continue my “healthier me” journey. Do you have something you wish to improve? If you want to publicize your journey along with mine, feel free to write a comment and use this as your space too.  Today will be day 1 and we’ll continue through February 15th.
