A healthier me and you


Last year I wrote about losing 20 pounds with the South Beach diet. I also lost another 27 pounds with some abdominal surgery.  Since I’ve kept all 47 pounds off, I wonder, can I lose another 23 pounds?  I don’t know, but I’m going to try.  If dropping a few pounds is on your resolutions list, here are some links from previous blog posts that may help you.  Feel free to check in with me and let me know how you are doing.  We are in this together!
