Recently I had a discussion with a friend who is also a life coach. We traded one hour of my writing time for her for one hour of her listening time for me. I used the time to discuss this 40-day journey to improvement project and asked her reflections of it. One part of our discussion surrounded what she termed self-care. I was able to state 6 areas where I practice self-care. She then told me something that I found astounding. She stated that the average person she talks with can only list up to 2 areas. What about you? What do you do that can fit under the subject of self-care?

Do you do something to relax your body regularly – massage, manicures and pedicures, facials, deep breathing, yoga, etc.
