Identify where there is a lack of love in your life and be willing to address it. This includes being willing to love yourself and your body. Now is your time to be at peace with your body.
Exercise: Find a nice bottle of oil and anoint yourself with it from your toes and all the way up. Be in a clean, beautiful place with nice music playing and take your time. Then wrap yourself in a nice robe and relax. Once you’ve relaxed, go out and take a nice walk. Choose a beautiful garden or art museum and notice all the beauty around you. This ritual will symbolize the end of your abusive relationship with your body and the beginning of an honorable one.
