If you think negatively about your body, your body will reflect your negativity. If you think lovingly about your body, then your body will reflect your love. There are no neutral thoughts. What is not love is attack. What is love is a miracle. Thus, lean into a healthy diet. Eat naturally, nutritiously, and grounded in spiritual principles.
Find someone who inspires you to eat and be healthier. This person is important in your life. His or her presence is your guiding light. So, find your own inspirer to teach you by example. See people who do not have weight problems or eating problems as your teachers.
Along with your inspirer, you also need a permitter. The role of the permitter is to grant you emotional permission to break free of the cycle of compulsive eating even if it means saying no to dysfunctional social situations upon which you’ve become dependent.
