Toxicity is often released through tears as part of the body’s natural genesis of flushing itself out. In the absence of feelings, you miss out on the healing. Problems must leave through the same door they came in. If toxic feelings created the problem, they must be detoxed.
It is not enough to ”just lose the weight”; you must love the emotional weight that lurks behind it. As you work through your toxic issues, you will not be alone. Angels are all around you. They gather without fail whenever a soul is seeking wholeness. Allow yourself to be open to the messages around you.
Exercise 13: Sometimes you just need to make space for sadness. Sometimes you just need to make to let it come up and simply be with it. Give up your despair, your sadness, your hopelessness, your regret, your embarrassment, your pain, your grief, your fears and your burdens. Move through it and let it go to the light. Honor this time.
