Present equal completeness

We always have the basic being with which we were born and survive our physical body when we die. We’re always here.

 I am that I am.

I exist.

I’m here.

All that you will be, you already are. The pressure is finally off. You don’t need to be, to do, to strive. You already are. How does that make you feel?

To lose the weight of the world, spend less time in the past and the future, and a bigger portion of being aware of where you are now, what you are doing, and how you are feeling.

Presence is completeness.

  • H. Almas

When you are complete, you’re content with being present. There is no need for anything else.
