Spiritual Diet Recipe


Having practiced your basic breathing meditations for a few days now, it is time to add into your life things that you want. What do you want? Do you want more happiness? What about love? Peace? Whatever you are waiting, try this.

  1. Breathe in, breathe out.
  2. Breathe in, breathe out.
  3. Add your desired ingredient on the third breath.

Example: breathe in happiness

Breathe out happiness.
