Synesthia is the mixing together of senses. Synesthia is what happens when you see, hear, touch, and taste lasagna, when the sound of the chewing of lasagna happens at the same time the noodles touch your mouth. You can be open to sense combinations.

  • Be aware of foods that are good for you and how they feel inside you.
  • Be aware of life diminishing foods and how they feel inside of you.
  • Keeping the physical body healthy enables us to live more spiritually because we are less preoccupied with our hurts and pains; we can relax more and be more aware.
