 November Lemon Juice Challenge

So the other day I was talking with a nutritionist who stated, “You know what would do you a great amount of good, a cup of warm water with lemon juice each morning before you eat anything.” I smiled at her and said, “Oh my, my sister told me that in the 1970s.” It was true. I used to do this, but for some reason, I stopped? Why? I don’t know.

But since the advice is coming at me from everywhere it seems, I’ll give it a try again. How about you, are you interested in drinking a warm cup of water with juice of a ½ squeezed lemon in it? If so, join me for the once a day in November challenge. Why should you? Well, according to the experts, this simple act will

  1. Flood your system with good alkaline which will balance your systems ph.
  2. Wake up your liver and flush out the toxins.
  3. Soothe an upset tummy and improves your body’s ability to absorb nutrients.

Okay, who is with me?
